WLAN Site Survey
Find the dead zones, place the access points right.
We measure your WLAN on-site: heatmap, coverage, interference, and channel plan. You get a written report with a concrete AP placement plan, ideal before a refit, an office move, or a WLAN refresh. On request we mount the access points ourselves.
24/7 Switch Replacement
A failed switch, replaced on-site, day or night.
When a switch fails or needs swapping, our Swiss engineers come to your site, rack and cable the replacement, and bring it back online, configured and tested. Book it as a single job, or around the clock under a support agreement. Already running NetGUI? Your configuration comes back automatically instead of a blank slate.
Access Point Replacement
Dead access point swapped, config carried over.
If an access point fails, we send an engineer to physically replace it on-site and bring it back into service, whether it is Cisco or another vendor. Running NetGUI? The AP Replacement Wizard transfers the old configuration to the new unit, so it is live in minutes without manual reconfiguration.
Structured Cabling and Patching
Cabling run, terminated, and patched from your switches.
We run and terminate structured cabling and handle patch-panel work from your switches, so ports, panels, and uplinks are cleanly built out and documented. The physical layer under everything else we do, by the same team that mounts your switches and access points.

For IT providers and companies whose IT team sits outside Switzerland. We power-cycle devices, connect console cables, swap SFPs and cables, read LEDs and labels, and photograph the rack, while your team stays on the call.
How we work: before we come you get a clear fixed-price quote, not hourly estimates, and after every visit a written report, both within one business day. Changes happen in an agreed maintenance window with a rollback plan. Appointments also available evenings or Saturdays.
The Field Visit and the Platform, Working Together
For NetGUI customers it goes one step further: our engineers do the physical work, and the platform makes sure the configuration follows the hardware.
Readiness Checked First
Before we arrive, PoE budget, VLAN, and uplink readiness are validated in NetGUI, so the on-site visit is quick and predictable.
Hands on the Hardware
Our engineer replaces the switch or access point, or runs and terminates the cabling and patching, right at your site.
Config Follows Automatically
For an access point swap, our engineer runs the in-platform AP Replacement Wizard to move the old config to the new unit. The field visit handles the hardware, the platform handles the config.
To be clear: the AP Replacement Wizard is the software tool our engineers use on-site. The physical swap is the field service. Together they get you live fast.
